The following definitions and conditions govern all technical guidance, design insights, and support services provided by Rotarycraft. By engaging our services, you accept these terms without reservation.
All recommendations—whether verbal, written, or delivered through drawings or models—are offered as advisory input. Rotarycraft does not guarantee specific outcomes in machining, fabrication, or assembly unless a separate performance contract has been executed. Clients retain full responsibility for final manufacturing decisions and quality control.
Any conceptual designs, sketches, or process suggestions shared during consultation remain the intellectual property of Rotarycraft unless explicitly assigned in writing. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize these insights without prior written consent. Existing client IP brought into the engagement remains the client’s property.
Technical support is limited to the specific project or system described in the engagement scope. Rotarycraft is not liable for issues arising from modifications, misuse, or operation outside the specified parameters. Support does not include on-site troubleshooting unless separately arranged.
All referenced tolerances, speeds, and performance metrics are based on ideal conditions and standard reference materials. Actual results may vary depending on equipment condition, operator skill, material properties, and environmental factors. Rotarycraft disclaims liability for deviations caused by these variables.
In no event shall Rotarycraft be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost production, downtime, or material waste, arising from the use of our guidance or design insights. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Johannesburg, with each party bearing its own costs unless otherwise awarded.

Choose the level of technical support that fits your project.
For projects that need a second set of expert eyes.
Ongoing technical guidance through the development cycle.
End-to-end assistance from concept to prototype.
A structured workflow that moves your precision engineering project from concept through fabrication and final validation.
We review your drawings, load specifications, and material requirements. A feasibility check identifies critical tolerances and potential interference points before any cutting begins.
Our engineers model the assembly in CAD, run FEA on stress and thermal loads, and refine the geometry. You receive a simulation report with predicted performance data.
Using CNC mills, lathes, and manual tooling, we machine each component to print. Every part is deburred, inspected, and assembled in our climate-controlled workshop.
Dimensional checks with CMM and surface profilometers. Functional tests under load confirm runout, torque, and vibration levels stay within your specified limits.
You receive a complete data package: inspection certificates, material certifications, as-built drawings, and a maintenance guide tailored to your rotating assembly.
We remain available for installation assistance, troubleshooting, and future revisions. A six-month warranty covers workmanship and material defects.
Practical support for precision rotating systems, from design review to on-site troubleshooting.
Detailed FEA and modal analysis for high-speed rotating assemblies. We identify critical speeds, bearing loads, and thermal growth patterns before you cut metal.
Modular and custom fixture systems for complex geometries. We focus on repeatable location, minimal deflection, and quick changeover for low-to-medium volumes.
Laser alignment, geometric runout measurement, and vibration analysis for installed rotating equipment. We bring the lab to your shop floor.
