All content, including but not limited to design documents, technical reports, drawings, and analysis results provided by Rotarycraft, remains our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sublicense our materials without prior written consent.
Rotarycraft provides technical guidance and design insights based on industry best practices. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rotarycraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, production downtime, or equipment failure. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Rotarycraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform immediately if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using any materials provided by Rotarycraft and return or destroy all confidential information.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa (AFSA). The arbitration shall take place in Johannesburg, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
